Brief History: Part of the King Plow Arts Center, which used to be a plow factory. The whole building was turned into art studios in the 1990s, and the old foundry -- which is a place where iron is smelted, poured and molded -- is now where Terminal West stands.

Notes/Insights/Opinions/Tips:

An all-around delightful little-ish venue to catch a show.  The space is both intimate and comfortable, the vibe is very chill and the acoustics are wonderful.  In February the temperature inside was perfect, though stepping onto the patio was always a welcome reprieve from the noise and the fresh air felt great at night.  It will probably be a bit warm in the summertime but the deck bar will most likely be open (it was closed when I was there) and watching the trains snake by is also kind of fun (as is the people watching, for those nosey Nellies out there).  The venue itself is a bit off the beaten path (there is literally nothing around it), so foot traffic nearby was light, but parking is plentiful and affordable (and their card machine stopped working, so we got out of the lot for free!).
